Extra Credit - Get the Grade YOU want

Did you botch a test?  Miss a homework deadline?  Aren’t able to do a make up lab at home ?  Well, here’s some good news:  I believe in EXTRA CREDIT.  You may earn up to 20 points of extra credit over the course of the semester.  All extra credit must be turned in by the end of class on your Finals Day.  You have a variety of choices of how to earn extra credit:

1. COOK SOMETHING AT HOME, fill out a Home Cooking Form, attach a photo (or show it to me o your phone) & check the box that says: extra credit.  You can earn from 1 point for a simple recipe to 5 points for something more challenging. You may choose to do a recipe that we did in class, or one of your own.  

2. WATCH A CULINARY SHOW & fill out a Food Show Form  Check: extra credit.

3.  WRITE A RESTAURANT REVIEW.  Follow the instructions on the assignment description.  This is available on this site under "forms".

4. PINTEREST, For every 10 pins that are food, entertaining, table setting, restaurant or Culinary related you will earn 1 point of extra credit.  When you have done all of your pinning  for the Semester, send me an e-mail thru schoolloop giving me your account name so that I can count your pins.  If you like, you may start following one of my boards, so that I can easily locate your board.
